Who it is for

  • Process Owner/Full Model Assessor

You. Secondary: any employee, manager, or leader who wants an honest look at daily work fundamentals.

What you will gain

Finds the root causes of daily frustration: unclear roles, broken tools, missing training, lost personal time, and invisible contributions. Gives guidance for the actual gap, not a generic improvement tip.

About this assessment

This assessment checks whether your daily job fundamentals are working or slowly wearing down your sanity. It covers five areas that matter to every employee in any industry or role: whether your job description matches reality, whether your tools help or hinder, whether you are growing or standing still, whether your personal time is protected, and whether your work is recognized and rewarded.
It uses the same scoring model as the enterprise assessments, so a lunch policy that exists on paper but never happens in practice will show up clearly as a Paper Tiger.
Results tell you what is working, what is broken, and what to fix first, not just a generic maturity level, because ig you aren't healthy and happy at work, it'll kill you.

Works best with

Practices this assessment relies on. Assessing them too gives a fuller picture.

A Sense of Humor: required. The results hurt less if you can laugh at them.
Honest Self-Assessment: rate what is real, not what the policy says should be true.
Manager Relationship: several actions need a conversation with your manager. If that is hard, start with what you control.
Recommended: For organization-level improvement, complete the IT Performance Management and Performance and Talent Management assessments.
